If a Singapore team coordinates work across several markets, distinguish the local process owner from the owners of each source system. Different teams may need different evidence and access even when they share one interface.
Our engineering team works from India. Scope the permitted integrations, review responsibilities and handoff materials for the actual teams using the system. This does not imply a Singapore office or automatic regional compliance.
Can one workflow support teams outside Singapore as well?
That depends on the agreed users, systems and access boundaries. List the participating teams and variations during discovery. A regional headquarters does not automatically authorize access to another entity’s records.
